Kale Caesar Salad

  • 6-8 Cups Roughly Chopped Kale
  • ⅔ Cup Caesar Dressing (low fat Nature's Promise Brand)
  • 1 Avocado, peeled and chopped
  • ½ Cup Chopped Almonds
  • ½ Cup Croutons
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
  • Lime Squeeze, to taste
  1. Chop kale and add to medium/large bowl. Add dressing and mix with serving utensils or hands to make sure all the leaves are covered. Let sit for 10 minutes. Add Avocado, chopped almonds, croutons, parmesan and lime juice. Serve right away.
