In a medium size bowl add diced mango. Frozen mangos are easier to dice. Make sure they aren't covered in ice or they will melt and create more water than desirable. Add red onion, red pepper, cilantro (can omit if allergic) and lime juice. Stir with a plastic spatula. Serve with chips as salsa or over salmon. If desired, top with avocado.
